P., a Texas Limited Partnership (the "ENGINEER") made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 41697 (the "CONTRACT") on the 15th day of April, 2011; and WHEREAS, the Contract involves additional engineering services for the East Multi - Purpose Parking Lot adjacent to the East Equestrian Facility currently under construction at the Will Rogers Memorial Center; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to execute Amendment No. 1 to said Contract for additional engineering services to provide construction documents for a new 12-inch water line and 12-inch//20-inch water line revisions, and topographic survey to serve the East Multi -Purpose Parking Lot; and NOW THEREFORE, City and Engineer, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement, which amends the Contract: 1. Article I, of the Agreement is amended for additional engineering services and increased by $26,500.00 as specified in the letter from the Engineer dated February 9, 2012, subject: Will Rogers Memorial Center - Richardson Bass RV Lot, attached hereto as Attachment A. 2. Article II, of the Agreement is amended for the total Agreement price of $122,500.00 for fees. 1 3. Horner City of Fort Worth Public Events Department 1000 Throckmorton Street Fort Worth, Texas 76102 Reference: Will Rogers Memorial Center — Richardson -Bass RV Lot Dear Mr. Horner: AlThartMOrn Dunaway Associates, L.P. and the City of Fort Worth Public Events Department have a contract in place to complete the Richardson -Bass RV Lot to serve WRMC. Services were authorized in a contract executed April 18 2011. 1. 12"/20" Water Line Construction Documents — Revisions & Re -submittal — The construction documents were originally prepared under a separate contract and were to be constructed by City Forces through Miscellaneous Projects (Construction Documents include 12"/20" Water Line Plan and Profile Sheets). After coordination with City staff on the design, and completion of the construction documents, it was determined by City staff (John Kasavich) that these plans would need to be revised to align with the Kimball water line drawings and attached to the water line construction documents prepared by Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. (KH). This will require standard City specifications, project sequencing for incorporation into the public construction documents (DOE #6609), and will be publicly bid. These tasks were performed by Kimley Horn. 2. 12" Waterline Construction Documents — Dunaway will prepare construction plans and specifications for the public infrastructure improvements from Will Rogers to Rip Johnson along Lancaster. These improvements consist of 900 linear feet of 12" waterline. These plans and specifications will be signed and sealed by a Registered Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Texas and will be processed with the City of Fort Worth for approval and construction. 3. Toaoaraohic Survey — Dunaway will provide a topographic survey of the area defined below. One -foot interval contours will be developed based on the results of the measurements taken. Existing visible utility facilities will be located and depicted on the face of the survey along with any other visible improvements situated within the defined area. The vertical datum on which the elevations are based will be City of Fort Worth. As owner of the property, the Client authorizes the surveyor to conduct the survey.
