In consideration for allowing the Owner -Operator to video tape Ovivo personnel performing maintenance
or service to, or demonstrating or discussing the operation of, various process equipment for the purpose of training
Owner -Operator's personnel, or for any other purpose which may be mutually agreed upon between the parties

3. This tape is for the Owner -Operator's own use, and the Owner/Operator agrees not to sell or transfer the

as a substitute for disseminating and practicing safe operating procedures in accord with industry standards,
training, safety instruction and, operation and maintenance manuals, especially in view of possible future
changes, additions or improvements to said procedures. ACCORDINGLY, Ovivo ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR
THE COMPLETENESS OR ACCURACY OF THE VIDEO TAPE. ANY CLAIM FOR INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE
WHICH ARISES OUT OF OR *IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE VIDEO TAPE BY THE OWNER -OPERATOR,

4. Ovivo must receive a copy of the tape and reserves the right to final edit the tape. The Owner/Operator
agrees not to make any other copies of the tape.

In the event that a court of competent jurisdiction determines that any part of this Agreement be held
invalid or unenforceable, the provisions of this Agreement shall be deemed severable, and the remaining parts shall
be valid and enforceable as though the Invalid and unenforceable parts had not been included in this Agreement.
After this Agreement is agreed to, accepted, and signed by the Owner -Operator and received by Ovivo
personnel, the video taping may start. It is understood that the Owner -Operator's camera operator will not hinder
or distract Ovivo personnel during their presentation. By signing this Agreement, the sig - _ alf of the
