City Code Section 35-60 "Uses Outside City" as applicable; and 2. City Code Section 35, Article III "Charges" as applicable; and The owner understands that he/she is responsible for any related impact fees, tap fees, meter deposits, front foot charge, per acre charge, water main capacity charge and extension under CFA or miscellaneous project. Please obtain the amount to these charges from the Fort Worth Water Development Section. 4. City Code Section 26-2 A 01 2 as applicable; and The owner needs to apply for a plumbing permit with the Fort Worth Planning & Development Department to connect to the City of Fort Worth water and/or sanitary sewer lines despite the property is in the county. 5. City Code Section 12 5, Article V "Public Drinking Water" and Chapter 35, Article VII "Installation & Maintenance of Irrigation System" as applicable. The owner is responsible for the installation of backflow devices, obtaining permit through the Fort Worth Planning and Development Department and test the devices annually according to this section of the city code for both domestic and irrigation systems. Authorize the Water Department to provide sewer service at 1.25 times the retail rate to Journey Evangelical Free Church located at 6011 West Bailey Boswell Road; and 2. Authorize the execution of an Agreement for such services. DISCUSSION: Mr. Rick Depler, the authorized trustee of Journey Evangelical Free Church, has submitted an application to receive sewer service from the City for the property located at 6011 West Bailey Boswell Road. The legal description of the property is: Tract 1 F of Robert Whitley Survey Abstract 1672 located in the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Fort Worth inside Tarrant County and not within a sewer Certificate of Convenience and Necessity. The church will pay all fees and charges associated with the connection. The applicant also understands that the fees and the monthly bill will be 1.25 times the rate for customers inside the City of Fort Worth pursuant to the City Code. This property is located adjacent to COUNCIL DISTRICT 7. FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION: The Financial Management Services Director certifies that the Water Department is responsible for collection and deposit of funds due to the City.
