HomeMy WebLinkAboutContract 43935-A1 (2)CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 1J2f/ 0- I AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 43935 OFFICE LICENSE AND SERVICES AGREEENT This AMENDMENT NO. 1 (hereafter "Amendment") is entered into by and between the City of Fort Worth (hereafter "City" or "Client") and Austin Suites Mgt. Ltd. (hereafter "Licensor"), individually referred to as a "party" and collectively referred to as the "parties." RECITALS WHEREAS, the parties previously made and entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary Contract ("CSC") No. 43935, on or about November 20, 2012 (hereafter the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, the Agreement involves the license of office space for use as a business office; and WHEREAS, the Agreement provided for certain services and amenities to be provided to Client under the Agreement; and WHEREAS, the parties now wish to amend the Agreement to modify certain services to be provided to Client and to adjust the monthly license fee as set forth in this Amendment. NOW THEREFORE, Licensor and Client, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representatives, enter into the following agreement: SECTION 1. Exhibit A, which sets forth the recurring Monthly Fees for fixed services and all other fixed charges under the Agreement, shall be amended to add an additional parking space in the Lavaca Garage for use by the Client at the rate of $124.49 per month for each month that the additional space is used by Client during the Term and any subsequent extension of the Term. SECTION 2. The TOTAL FIXED MONTHLY FEES shall be increased to an amount not to exceed $1,605.43 per month. SECTION 3. All other provisions of the Agreement that are not expressly amended herein shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of any conflict between the Agreement and this Amendment, this Amendment shall control.
