With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Price called the Fort Worth City Council Work
Session to order at 9:03 a.m. on Thursday, August 20, 2020, in the City Council Conference Room 290, City
Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
Mayor Price and City Manager David Cooke provided opening remarks
