PRE-COUNCIL CHAMBERS
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 1'7, 1.995
8:15 A.M.
Corporation Board Members Present: Eugene McCray, President; Bill Meadows, Vice-
President; Jim Lane, Secretary; Jewel Woods, Treasurer; Chuck Silcox, Becky Haskin,
and Kenneth Barr (late). Absent were Kay Granger and Virginia Nell Webber.
The meeting was called to order by the President.
Approval of Previous Minutes
Ms. Woods made a motion that the minutes of October 10, 1995 be approved, and Ms.
Haskin seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.

Single Family Revenue Bonds, Series 1985
Representatives of the corporation's bond counsel and financial advisors appeared before
the board, and gave the board a lengthy history of the problems that occurred during
the 1980s in regard to this matter.
The board asked for additional assurances that this situation would not happen again,
and they would like further information.
Mr. Meadows made a motion that this matter be postponed pending further
investigation. Ms. Woods seconded the motion, and the motion carried unanimously.
The meeting adjourned at 9-14 a.m.
