Presentation of Proclamation for Near Southside Arts Council Member Zadeh presented a Proclamation for Near Southside Arts to Mr. Mike Brennan, Fort Worth South, Inc. 3. Presentation of Proclamation for National Preparedness Month Mayor Price presented a Proclamation for National Preparedness Month to Assistant Chief Homer Robertson, Fort Worth Fire Department, and members of the Office of Emergency Management. 4. M&C 20-0713 (ALL) Ratify the Application for, and Ratify the Acceptance of the Mental Health Officer Training (MHOT) FY 2020 Off-Cycle Grant from the Morris Foundation in the Amount of $47,495.00, Ratify Execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Adopt Appropriation Ordinance Mr. Todd Liles, representing the Morris Foundation, 3100 West 7th Street, Suite 245 appeared before Council in support of M&C 20-0713.
