FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53751,
A COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH
FREER MECHANICAL CONTRACTORS, INC.
This First Renewal to City Secretary Contract No. 53751 ("First Renewal") is made and entered
into by and between the City of Fort Worth, a home-rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas,
("City"), acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City Manager, and Freer Mechanical
Contractors, Inc. a Texas corporation("Vendor"),acting by and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, City and Vendor are currently parties to a Cooperative Purchase Agreement for non-
exclusive mechanical services for various City facilities on an as-needed basis, the same being Fort Worth
City Secretary Contract No. 53751 ("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the primary term of the Agreement extends through September 30, 2020, with two
optional renewals of one-year each;
WHEREAS, the parties desire to exercise their first renewal of the Agreement to extend the term for
one year effective beginning on October 1, 2020 and expiring on September 30, 2021;
NOW THEREFORE, the parties, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements
contained herein,do mutually covenant and agree to renew the Agreement as follows:
I.
The First Renewal of this Agreement is for a period of one year, effective beginning on October 1,
2020, and ending on September 30, 2021.
II.
All of the terms and provisions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect and any terms that
are capitalized but not defined have the meanings assigned to them in the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Vendor have executed this First Renewal in Tarrant County,
Fort Worth, Texas.
