FIRST AMENDMENT
TO FORT WORTH CITY SECRETARY
CONTRACT NO. 53151
This First Amendment to City Secretary Contract No. 53151 ("Renewal") is entered into
by and between the City of Fort Worth ("City"), a home rule municipal corporation organized
under the laws of the State of Texas, with its principal place of business at 200 Texas Street, Fort
Worth, Texas, and Thomas D. Petrowski ("Consultant"), collectively the "parties."
WHEREAS, the parties have previously entered into City of Fort Worth City Secretary
Contract No. 53151 (the"Contract"), which was executed on December 4, 2019 and provided that
the Contract shall expire on September 30, 2020, unless extended by mutual agreement; and
WHEREAS, the parties now desire to extend the agreement by mutual agreement with a
new expiration date of February 28, 2021.
NOW, THEREFORE, Parties, acting herein by and the through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement to amend and extend the Contract:
1.
The Parties agree to extend the Contract, under the same terms and conditions, with a new
expiration date of February 28, 2021,unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of the
Contract.
2.
All other provisions of the Contract which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
