With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Price called the Fort Worth
City Council Work Session to order at 3:11 p.m. on Tuesday, November 10, 2020, in
City Council Conference Room 2020 of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort
Worth, Texas.
1. Report of the City Manager - David Cooke, City Manager
a. Changes to the City Council Agenda
M&C 20-0805 will be withdrawn from the agenda completely and Council will act on
M&C 20-0835.
b. Upcoming and Recent Events

Mayor Price recognized Daniel Guerrero with Development Services.
Council Member Bivens recognized Library Director Manya Shorr and library staff for
their work with Grow with Google.
Council Member Zadeh recognized Debbie Branch and her Park and Recreation team
for working with George Chiles in getting the alley way near his home cleaned up.
Assistant city Manager Valerie Washington recognized Code Compliance for the
successful Litter Stomp,

Charge in the Amount of $91.18 per Acre for the Sewer Extension to Serve the Rock

9. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports
All council members requested a briefing on what solutions are available to curb street
racing/excessive speed/vehicle noise (after market exhaust systems)
Council Member Byrd requested: 1) an update on the Independent Police Review Panel
and their Part 2 report 2) an update on de-escalation 3)Noise ordinance related to
collector streets.
Council Member Bivens requested and update on Violent Crime prevention and
strategies.
Council Members Flores requested an IR on Bandit Signs.
11. Executive Session (CITY COUNCIL CONFERENCE ROOM, CITY HALL,
ROOM 2020 formerly Room 290) - SEE ATTACHMENT A
Council adjourned into Executive Session at 5:11 pm.
Council reconvened into open session at 5:26 pm.
10. Presentation on Council Meeting Technology (Council Chamber) —Anthony
J. Thompson,Vice President of Cloud Driven Solutions, LLC
Anthony Thompson provided and update on changes to the voting system in the
Chambers. The Council moved to the Council Chambers to try out a test vote.
There being no further business to come before the City Council Mayor Price adjourned
the meeting at 5:34 p.m.
