FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 53750
A NON-EXCLUSIVE MOWING AND GROUNDS MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH AND ABESCAPE GROUP LLC.
This FIRST RENEWAL OF CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NUMBER 53750 ("First
Renewal") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF FORT WORTH ("City"), a home-
rule municipal corporation of the State of Texas, acting by and through its duly authorized Assistant City
Manager, and ABESCAPE GROUP LLC ("Contractor"), a Texas limited liability company, acting by
and through its duly authorized representative.
WHEREAS, the City and Contractor entered into a non-exclusive mowing and grounds
maintenance services agreement, the same being Fort Worth City Secretary Contract Number 53750
("Agreement");
WHEREAS, the primary term of the Agreement expires on November 30, 2020 and includes
four(4)one-year renewal options;
WHEREAS,the parties desire to exercise the first one-year renewal option; and
NOW,THEREFORE,the City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for one
additional year as follows:
I.
The City and Contractor agree to renew and extend the Agreement for the first renewal term of
one year,effective beginning on December 1,2020 and ending on November 30,2021.
II.
1. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect except as
specifically set forth in this First Renewal.
2. All terms of this First Renewal that are capitalized but not defined have the meanings
assigned to them in the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and Contractor have executed this First Renewal to be
effective on December 1,2020.
