With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Pro tem Jordan called the
Fort Worth City Council Work Session to order at 3:01 p.m. on Tuesday,November 17,
2020, in City Council Conference Room 2020 of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas
Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
1. Report of the City Manager- David Cooke, City Manager
a. Changes to the City Council Agenda
20-1054 - Resolution adopting the City of Fort Worth's 2021 Federal Legislative and
Administrative Agenda will be amended to add support for the Future Vertical Lift
program. The amended attachments were provided to Council.
20-1056 - Resolution on Rock Creek PID - the exhibits have been provided to
Council.

b. Upcoming and Recent Events
Brandon Bennett, Code Compliance, gave a COVID-19 update.
The Redistricting Task Force will meet this Thursday,November 19, 2020, at 3:00 pm
in room 2020.
Council will not meet on Tuesday,November 24, 2020, due to the Thanksgiving
Holiday. The next Council Meeting will be December 1, 2020.
Most city offices, including City Hall, will be closed Thursday and Friday, November
26th and 27th. Emergency services will be available as usual. There will bd no garbage
service on Thanksgiving Day. Thursday pickup customers will be picked up on Friday
and Friday pickup customers will be picked up on Saturday.

Development for all uses in "E" Neighborhood Commercial plus cabin rentals,
outdoor stage and bar area and more than 50% enclosed storage, area with
development standards for setbacks and parking; site plan included 0.60 acres
(Recommended for Approval by the Zoning Commission) (Continued from a
Previous Meeting)
This item will be moving forward.

9. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports
Mayor Pro tem Jordan- Information from Law on confiscation of vehicles from illegal
racing events, potentially pursue legislation to make the penalties stronger.
Council Member Bivens - Update on the Police Chief search.
There being no further business to come before the City Council Mayor Pro tem Jordan
adjourned the meeting at 5:34 p.m.
