Re: Contract Renewals Acceptance Confirmation Notice
Contract No. CSC No. 53704 (the "Contract")
The above referenced Contract with the City of Fort Worth expired on April 30, 2020
(the"Expiration Date"). Since that time, the City and Hotel have operated as if the Contract were
in full force and effect. Pursuant to the Contract, contract renewals are at the mutual written
consent of the parties. This letter is to confirm the agreement between the City and Hotel for the
following thirty(30) day contract renewals:
4th renewal: August 1, 2020 thru August 31, 2020
5th renewal: September 1, 2020 thru September 30, 2020
6th renewal: October 1, 2020 thru October 31, 2020
7th renewal: November 1, 2020 thru November 30, 2020
8th renewal: December 1, 2020 thru December 31, 2020
All other terms and conditions of the Contract remain unchanged.
This letter also serves as notice the contract will terminate effective December 31,
2020.
To confirm acceptance of these renewals,please return this signed contract renewals
acceptance confirmation notice via email to Mark.Brown@FortWorthTexas.gov
acknowledging receipt and confirmation of the acceptance.

every renewal so if Purchasing is involved there are no problems later.

Thanks. For our filing purposes, could we simply call this the fourth renewal (even though it's broken out into smaller
renewal terms)?

Also,the agreement naturally expired on the 315T, so I'm not sure if having one copy separately filed as a termination is
really critical.

Importance: High
So for contracts that show more than one number needed, for example this one has the 4th renewal to the 8th
renewal, I cannot number it with all those numbers on one copy. I will need one copy per renewal and for the
termination notice so that I can number them accordingly. I'll take this one as renewal 4 and I just need signed
copies for 5, 6, 7, 8 and termination notice routed to me for numbering. Thank you.
