The 8" line will need to be upsized to minimum 10" waterline. This system is a one source dead end line. In the event of fire which required minimum 1500 gpm at 20 PSI. This demand will cause the velocity in the pipe to exceed 7 ft/sec. Our current criteria is maintain velocity below 7 ft/sec. 2) We still need a waterline stubout towards to Future Park Vista. In the future there may be a project 5-10 years from now to install waterline along the Future Park Vista. We just don't want to loose the opportunity to get the second connection point. This stubout could serve a secondary backup feed to the subdivision. Ken could we still make this changes on the construction plans or make this changes at pre -con. Thank you. Soon M.
