It was unfortunate that the code that was loaded into the current control processors was 'compiled" or unchangeable. We contacted AMX at that time and was informed that we could possibly damage the functioning "compiled code" that was currently in use and that it was their suggestion that we obtain the current "un compiled code". The previous AMX programmer was contacted for the latest revision of source code. This company can no longer retrieve those files and provide for use with this project. Due to not having access to_the-latest revision of the AMX code current functionality could not be easily confirmed requireing ABLe to add additional time for programming labor resources. The estimated labor hours for this change is 16 programming hours and have been completed at this time as ofiul 3 2013. *Pricing does not include applicable sales and use taxes. Applicable taxes shall be billed at the time of invoicing. This Change Order Request is valid thru 7/17/2013. If acceptance has not been received by that date, ABLe reserves the right to reassess the impact of this Change Order Request. If requested, ABLe will provide another Change Order Request after 7/17/2013 which considers the projects progress, any changes •to ABLe's costs detailed above and the project schedule as of that date. The above work is subject to the same conditions as specified in the original contract unless otherwise stipulated above. By accepting below, the sum of $2,400.00 will be added to the contract price.
