Please see attached proposal for expeng the two boilers. We are available to
meet With you guys Monday morning at 10*30 AM or Monday afternoon at 1#30
PM to discuss the project and the schedule. David Brumley and Clif Allen are
available to attend also.

The current lead time on the boilers is 10=12 weeks. We can expedite the two boilers on the project to a guaranteed
8 weeks for an increase of $11,752.00.
Expediting the boilers will allow us to complete the project up to four weeks sooner. If we expedite now this means
boilers would be back online and we would have heat back on in the building in November rather than December.
