ARTICLE 5—TERM AND TERMINATION This License Agreement is effective upon acceptance and shalt coniinue in effect for one year (the "lnitial Term"). This Agreement shall be renewable annually at the City's option, for three additional terms of one year. After the Initial Term for a.period of three (3) years the annua) fees for the Online services ordered under Esri proposal nnmber 20431462, by Licensee, shall not increase more than five percent (5%) of the fees charged for each previous year. If such five (5%} cap results in Online services fees lower ihan the Online services fees charged ta the U.S. General Services Administration ("GSA") by Esri, _Esri shall increase Licensee's fees accordingly and Licettsee ab ees to pay such inerease.
