Home My WebLink AboutContract 44868-A2 (2)( �� " '�� ',�; 1 4 .� - - � _ ' _ _ _ ._' SECOND AMENDMENT TO CITY SECRETARY CONTRACT NO. 44868 WHEREAS the City of Fort Worth ("City") and Lena Pope Home, Inc., ("Agency") made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 44868 ("Contract"); WHEREAS, the Contract provides funding to Agency pursuant to a grant received by City fi�om the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development ("HUD") through the Community Development Blocic Grant Program ("CDBG"), Program No. B-13-MC-48-0010, Catalog of Federal Domestic Assistance No. 14.231; WHEREAS, Section 5.2.2 of the Contract permits Agency to increase or decrease line item amounts in the Budget, subject to written approval Uy the Director of the City's Housing and Economic Development Department, so long as the total Contract Budget does not change; WHEREAS, the Fust Amendment to the Contract revised certain line items in the Budget to allocate more funds for rent; WHEREAS, the Agency has requested further revisions to certain line items in the Budget to add a position for a family therapist; and WHEREAS, it is the mutual desu•e of City and Agency to amend the Contract to complete the Program and meet Contract objectives. NOW, THEREFORE, City and Agency hereby agree to amend the Contract as follows: I. EXHIBIT "B" — BUDGET Revised 03/2014 attached to the Contract is hereby revised and replaced with the attached EXHIBIT "B" — BUDGET Revised 08/2014. II. This amendment is effective as of the Effective Date of the Contract. III. All tei�ns and conditions of the Contract not amended herein remain unaffected and in �, , � .- full force and effect, are binding on the Parties and are hereby ratified by the Parties. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Contract.
