In addition,the existing sewer main at the upstream of the existing manhole was encountered encased in concrete which had to be jackhammered out by hand in order to remove the main. Staff recommends the approval of an additional 45 calendar days for this change order. It is understood and agreed that the acceptance of this Change Order by the contractor constitutes an accord and satisfaction and represents payment in full(both time and money)for all costs arising out of,or incidental to,the above Change Order.
