WHEREAS, Fort Worth and Vendor entered into an Agreement identified as Fort Worth City Secretary Contract No. 54774 beginning November 2, 2020 (the "Agreement"); and WHEREAS, it is the collective desire of both Fort Worth and Vendor to amend the Agreement to include an additional scope of work NOW THEREFORE, known by all these present, Fort Worth and Vendor, acting herein by the through their duly authorized representatives, agree to the following terms, which amend the Agreement as follows: 1. ("Joynd") and Client("City of Ft Worth") and is effective as of 2020.12.10 this is governed by Master Service Agreement Implementation Methodology Joynd implementation methodology consists of three Phases: Discovery, Development and Deployment. I. SCOPE Peoplesoft extract of Used for A. Greenhouse Recruit"Users" CITY OF FT. WORTH users nightly feed to typically recruiters or hiring managers (CFW) /Joynd SFTP and updates to Greenhouse Onboarding Current Employee Updates to CFW fields can be added or changed.
