RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO BE HELD IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AT THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS,
ON JULY 11, 1978, AT 9:30 A.M. , FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE
PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CON-
TINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAS HAD
A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS,
That at 9:30 o'clock A.M. , Tuesday, July 11 , 1978, the City Council of the City of
Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing
in the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering
changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance
of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordi-
nance No. 3011 should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following
areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified.

a distance of 263.4 feet to the south corner of the intersection of Plaza
Parkway and Taxco Road;
THENCE S 640 13' E, with the south line of Plaza Parkway, 165.1 feet to the
beginning of a curve whose center bears N 25' 47' E, 513.42 feet;
THENCE easterly with said curve through a central angle of 130 07' for a
distance of 117.5 feet to a point the original Fort Worth-Westover Hills
City limit boundary;
THENCE S 000 33' W with said line, 163.4 feet to the southwest corner of the
original Westover Hills Village boundary and in the south line of said
"Second Tract;"
THENCE N 890 42' W with said boundary line of said "Second Tract" and the
north line of Tracts D and E, Westover Ridge as recorded in Volume 388-31 ,

Feltz Tract, in the west line of the Jennings Survey and the East line of
the J. M. Pickett Survey, A-1238;
THENCE N 000 59' W, along a fence and the common line between the Jennings
and Pickett Surveys, 1884.4 feet to an iron pin for the northeast corner
of the Pickett Survey and the southeast corner of said Littlepage Survey;
THENCE N 000 58' E, along the common line between the Jennings and Little-
page Surveys, 1950.9 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE East, 900.0 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE N 00° 58' E, 550.0 feet to the point of beginning and containing
451.275 acres of land.

That the proposed amendments and changes and this hearing will be held in accordance
with the provisions of Article 1O11A--1O11K of the Revised Civil Statutes of Texas.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution when signed by the Mayor and published in
the official newspaper of the City of Fort Worth, which is a paper of general circula-
tion, one (1) time, shall constitute a notice of hearing, which publication shall be
made at least fifteen (15) days prior to such hearing, and all interested parties are
urgently requested to be in the Council Chamber at the City Hall at the time herein-
above set forth to make any protest or suggestion that may occur to them, and this
hearing may continue from day to day until every interested party and citizen has had
a full opportunity to be heard.
