M. , FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSIDERING THE PROPOSED CHANGES AND AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE NO. 3011, WHICH IS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, AND PROVIDING THAT SAID HEARING MAY CON- TINUE FROM DAY TO DAY UNTIL EVERY INTERESTED PARTY AND CITIZEN HAVHAD A FULL OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS, That at 9:30 o'clock A. M., Tuesday, August 15, 1978, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, which is the legislative body of said City, will hold a public hearing In the Council Chamber at the Municipal Building for the purpose of considering changes and amendments to Ordinance No. 3011, the Comprehensive Zoning Plan Ordinance of said City. The purpose of said hearing is to determine whether or not said Ordi- nance No. 3011 should be amended so that the zoning classification of the following areas shall be changed as hereinafter specified. Z-78-101 PROPOSED TEXT CHANGE Paragraph A, Subparagraph 11, Section 19 of Zoning Ordinance No. 3011 Amendment requiring all loading docks to be constructed a minimum of 60' from the right-of-way line.
