DESIGN SERVICES NORTH S�RVICE CENTER �1 CITY SECR�TARY C�NTRACT NO. � �� ��-� � � WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth ("C[ty") and Quorum Architects, Inc. ("Architect"} made and entered into City Secretary Contract No. 44432 ("The Contract"} which was authorized by the City Council by M&C C-26239, the 7th day of May, 2p13; WHER�AS, furfher amendment is necessary to reimburse the Architect as part of the design services agreement. WHER�AS, City and Architect revised The Contract by Amendment Nurr�ber 1 in the amount oF $i,400.Q0, which was adminisfrafively authorized on or about February 17, 2014; and WHER�AS, City and Architect revised The Conkract by Amendment Number 2 in the amount of $884,360.00 plus $10,000.00 in reimbursable expenses which was approved by Council in M&C C-27080 on November 18, 2014; and NOW THEREFORE, City and Archifect, acting herein by and through their duly authorized representat+ves, enter into khe foilowing agreement which amends the Contract: 1. Article 1.1, SECTIOIV 1— SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, the following paragraphs are added to read as follows: Provide additional design ancf construction adminisfiration services for the implementation� of providing s�parat� electrical metering of the multiple buildings of the North Service Center. The cosf of this additional service is $8,900.00. The scope of services is described more fully in the Quorum Archifects Proposal dafed October 1, 2015, subject: Proposal Por Addifiional Services — Electric service and metering, Amendment �3 for Architectural Design Services, North Service Center, Phase 1, Quorum Projec# No. 92113, PO-13-00077793, CS44432 iVorth Service Center which is atfached hereto as Attachment "A" and made a part of this Agreement," 2. Paragraph 1 of SECTION V- C�MP�NSATIOtV TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows: "The to#al compensation for all of the assignments to be performed by Architect as described in CHARACT�R AND EXTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES hereof shall be a fixed fee of $2,050,725.00 plus up to $30,000.00 in reimbursable expenses.
