Re: Month-to-Month T-Hangar Lease Agreement Termination Letter for City Secretary Contract
No. 47557
Dear Mr. Leach:
This letter will serve as notice to you that the City is terminating the Agreement referenced
above as of March 31, 2021. Section 2 of Agreement states:
Section 2—Term of Lease
This lease shall operate on a month-to-month basis, commencing on the date of its
execution. This Lease will automatically renew on the first(Pt)day of each month unless
terminated by either party. In order to terminate this Agreement, a party must provide the
other party with written notice of its intent to terminate not less than thirty (30) days prior
to the effective date of such termination.
The City hereby exercises its right to terminate the Agreement under Section 2 of
the Lease. You are therefore required to vacate the City's property subject to the Lease no later
than March 31, 2021. Be advised that any rents or fees currently due and owing under the
Agreement until and through the date noted above are still due and owing.
