By instilsine�it dated 4/22/2014, Licensor and Licensee, or their p��edecessors in interest,
cntercd into an agi-ccrnent ("Basic Agrecment"), idcntificd as Audit Na. 29�517, at SAGINAW,
TEXAS.
AGIZEEAZENT:
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED by and bctween the paities hereto as follows:
Article 1. SUBSTITUTION OF PRINT.

Articic 2. CONS�NT TO W�RK.
This S�ippiemcntal A�•cc��cnt wiIi serve as notiiication that the Railroad Company approves of
yaut- iatentions to install an underground wastewater pipeline crossing in accordance with Exhibit A.
Article 3. C�NTRACTOR RIGHT OF ENTRY.
If a contractor is to do any of the work perforrned on or abaut thc Railroad Company's property,
then Utility shall require its contractor to exeeute the Railroad Company's fonn Contractor's Riaht of
Eutry A�reernent, EXHIBIT B. Utility acknowledges receipt of a capy of Contractor's Ri�ht of Entr�
A�rcement and understanding its te��m, provisions and requirements, and wil� inform its contractor of the
need to execute the Agreement. Under no circumstances will Utility's cantractor be allowed an or about
the Railroad Coznpany's p��operty witJ�out first �xecuting the Contractor's Ri t of Entry A�reement,
Article 4, NOTICE OF COMMENCEM�NT OF WORK 1 RAILROAD RFPRESENTATIVE
1 SUPERVISION 1 FLAGGING / SATETY.
Tf �n emergency should arise rec�uiring immeciiate attention, the Licensee shall provide as znuch
notice as practicable to Railro�d, by calling the Response Management Communication Center at (888}
$77-7267 before commencit�g any worlc. In all other situations, fhe Licensee shall notify fi�e Railroad at

least ten (10) days (or such other time as the Railroad may allow) in advance of the commencement of
any work upon property of the Railroad in connection with the construction, maintenance, repair, renewal,
modification, reconstruction, relocation or removal of the Wireline. All such work shall be prosecuted diligently to completion. The Licensee will coordinate its initial and any subsequent work with the
following employee of Railroad or his or her duly authorized representative (hereinafter "Railroad
Repr esentative" or "Railroad Representative"):

Article 6. AGREEMENT SUPPLEMENT.
Nothing in this Supplemental Agreement shall be construed as amending or modifying the Basic
Agreement unless specifically provided herein.
Article 7. ADMINISTRATIVE HANDLING CHARGE.
Upon execution and delivery of this Supplemental Agreement, the Licensee shall pay to the
Licensor an administrative handling charge of Seven Hundred Fifty Five Dollars ($755.00).
Alticle 8. LICENSE FEE.
Upon execution and delivery of this Supplemental Agreement, the Licensee shall pay to the
Licensor a one-time fee of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the paities have executed this Supplemental Agreement as of the day and year first written.
