I�76Y�i�b'�+y[�7►� In the Fiscal Year 2021 Pay-Go Contract Street Maintenance Program, various types of street maintenance are grouped into specific contract packages. The recommended construction contract outlined in this Mayor and Council Communication (M&C) will provide street rehabilitation for approximately eight and one-half lane miles of street segments of Riverside Drive from East Avenue to East Belknap Street under the Contract Street Maintenance Program (City Project No. 102878). Construction for this project is expected to start in early 2021 and to be completed by summer 2021. Upon completion of the project there will be no anticipated impact on the General Fund operating budget. This project was advertised for bid on October 8, 2020, and October 15, 2020, in the Fort Worth Star- Telegram. On November 5, 2020, the following bids were received: Bidders Amount Texas Materials Group, Inc. dba Texas Bit $1,463,619.35 Peachtree Construction, Ltd. $1,472,640.00 Pavecon Public Works, LP $1,543,913.90 Jagoe-Public Company $1,719,561.14 FNH Construction LLC $2,358,350.00 M/WBE OFFICE—Texas Materials Group, Inc. is in compliance with the City's BDE Ordinance by committing to 10\% MBE participation on this project. The City's MBE goal on this project is 9\%. This project is located in COUNCIL DISTRICTS 4 and 8. FISCAL INFORMATION/CERTIFICATION: The Director of Finance certifies that funds are available in the current capital budget, as previously appropriated, in the General Capital Projects Fund for 2021 HMAC Surface Overlay Contr project to support the approval of the above recommendation and execution of the contract.
