WHEREAS, the City of Foot Worth, Texas, has heretofore entered into a contract with Worth ConstrUQJJQAJqAQazq the making and construction of certain street improvements on the hereinafter described portions of streets, avenues and public places in said City, to-wit� Miller Street - Oakland Blvd. From Mansfield Highway to Martin Street, known and designated as Contract 5, Project No. 094-23000 -102.
