PRIATE ORDINANCE RECORDS OF SAID CITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECIIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Foot Worth, Texas, has heretofore entered into a contract
with Worth ConstrUQJJQAJqAQazq the making and construction of certain
street improvements on the hereinafter described portions of streets, avenues and
public places in said City, to-wit�
Miller Street - Oakland Blvd. From Mansfield Highway to Martin Street,
known and designated as Contract 5,
Project No. 094-23000 -102.
WFIREkS, by sundry prcceedings heretcfore passed by the City Council of the

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Worth, Texas, has, upon review,
lound and determined t,hat, in some i?astancrs, in cmder to effect substantial justic,,�,
equality, it is deslrqble and necessary to grant and issue certain credits agairst
some one or more of the assessments levied by Ordinance No. and
VAEREAS, the street improvements hereinabove mentioned have been completed
upon each of the portions of streets, avenues and public places hereinabove described,
and have been inspected and found to be irk complete accordance with the contract tfterefor�

The imptc.mements on each of the portions of streets, avenues and public
places hereinabove described be, and they are hereby, accepted; and the contract With
reierence thereto be, and it is hereby, found and declared fully completed and Tperformed.,

The Mayor, be:, and he is hereby, directed to issue and execute in the name
of the City, certificates in evidar.ce of the sp,ec.ial assessments levied against abutting
property and the owner thereof for such improvements, and the City Secretary 1.5 directed
to attest same and impress thereon the corp,.,,>rate seal of the City, all in accordaroce with
the proceedings relating to such improvements and assessments. The certificates shall be
numbered, shall, describe the property against which the assessment has been levied., shall,
wb,z,re known, state the name or names, of the true owners of the respective parcels of pro-
Verty assessed and shall be issued in an amwint equal Lc, the difference between the
principal amount of the assessakent ard, the amounts of any credit issued thereono T h or
nun�b-rs of the certificates, with the property descriptions to be shown on the respe,,,,,,,tive
certificates, together with the names of, the owners of said property, the principal amosAnt
