CONSIDERATION: Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the
receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged.
PROPERTY: Being a 0.06 acre of land situated in the Antonio Castello Survey, Abstract No.
272, being a portion of a Tract IA, conveyed by Deed to Jerry Savelle Ministries, Inc., as
recorded in Volume 11082, Page 1656, Deed Records, Tarrant County, TX, said 0.06 acre tract
of land being particularly described in Exhibits "A" and "B ".
Grantor, for the consideration paid to Grantor, hereby grant, bargain and convey unto Grantee,
its successors and assigns, the use and passage in, over, and across, below and along the
easement situated in Tarrant County, Texas, in accordance with the legal description hereto
attached as Exhibit "A ", and ingress and egress over Grantor's property to the easement as
shown on Exhibit "B ".
It is further agreed and understood that Grantee will be permitted the use of said easement for
the purpose of constructing the right -of -way improvements including the driveway and other
construction activities. Upon completion of improvements and its acceptance by Grantee, all
rights granted within the described Temporary Construction Easemei4sha4cease-

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described easement, together with, all and singular, the
rights and appurtenances thereto in anyway belonging unto Grantee, and Grantee's successors
and assigns until the completion of construction and acceptance by Grantee. Grantor hereby
bind themselves, their heirs, successors, and assigns, to warrant and defend, all and singular,
said easement unto Grantee, its successors and assigns, against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same, or any part thereof.

EXHIBIT "A"
BEING a 0.06 acre tract of land situated in the Antonio Castello Survey, Abstract No.
272, Tarrant County, Texas, being a portion of Tract 1A conveyed by deed to Jerry
Savelle Ministries, Inc., as recorded in Volume 11082, Page 1656, Deed Records, Tarrant
County, Texas. Said 0.06 acre tract of land being more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a found 5/8 inch iron rod for the southeast corner of Lot 7, Block 51
of Summer Creek Ranch, as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 11186, Plat Records, Tarrant
County, Texas, being the intersection of the north right -of -way line of Winnipeg Way (a
50 foot R.O.W.) and the existing west right -of -way line of South Hulen Street (a 80 foot
R.O.W.) as recorded in Cabinet A, Slide 11176, Plat Records, Tarrant County, Texas;
THENCE South 00 °49'15" East, along said existing west right -of -way line, for a distance
of 50.00 feet to a point, being the beginning of a non - tangent curve to the right having a
radius of 971.00 feet, a central angle of 16 °46'59" and a long chord which bears South

THENCE southwesterly, along said existing west right -of -way line and said non - tangent
curve to the right, an arc distance of 284.42 feet to a point for corner, being the POINT
OF BEGINNING, and being the beginning of a compound curve to the right having a
