WHEREAS, The City of Fort Worth ("City") and Quorum Architects, Inc. ("ArchitecY') made and entered
into City Secretary Contract No. 44432 {"The Contract") which was authorized by the Cily Council by M&C
C-26239, the 7th day of May, 2013;
WHER�AS, furiher arrtendment is necessary to reimburse the Architect as part of the design services
agreement.
WHEREAS, City and Architect revised The Confract by Amendmenf Number 1 in the amount of
$7,400.00, which was administratively authorized on or about February 17, 2014; and
WFiER�AS, Cify and Architecf revised The Contract by Amendment Number 2 in the amount of
$884,360.00 plus $10,00�.00 in reimbursable expenses which was approved by Council in M&C C-27080
on November 18, 2014; and
NOW THER�FORE, City and Architect, acting herein by and through their duly authorized
representatives, enter into the following agreement which amends the Contract:

Article 1.1, SECTION 1— SERVICES OF THE ARCHITECT, the following paragraphs are added to read
as follows:
Provide additional design and consfruction adminisfiration services for the implementation� of
providing separat� electrical metering of the multiple buildings of the North Service Center. The
cost of this additional service is $8,900.00. The scope of services is described more fully in the
Quorum Archifects Proposal dated October 1, 2015, subject: Proposal for Additional
Services — Electric service and metering, Amendment 03 for Arci�titectural Design Services, Narfh
Service Center, Phase 1, Quorum Project No. 12113, PO-13-00077713, CS44432 North Service
Center which is attached hereto as Attachment "A" and rr�ade a part of this Agreement,"

Paragraph 1 of SEC710N V- C�MP�NSATIOfV TO ARCHITECT, is amended as follows:
"The to#al compensation For all of the assignments to be performed by Architect as described in
CHARACTER AND �XTENT of ARCHITECT'S SERVICES hereof shall be a fixed fee of
$2,050,725.00 plus up to $30,OOO.qO in reimbursable expenses. "

All other provisions of this ContraGt which are not expressfy amended herein shal[ remain in fu(( force and
effect.

We respectfi.ilfy submit thls request for Amendment o3 for Additional scope for Archltectural Services for the
North service center. It is our understanding that the City has changed the original design directlon of
provid(ng a single electrlc meter for this proJect as previously dlscussed during design, Per our meeting at your
office with the Ridgemont and oncor, along with our MEP consultant, we understand the City now wants tha
ability Co meter electrlc usage at the Administratlan Building, the Cade Compliance Building, and khe phase 2
Fleet Buildfng Cbankfed from the fuel Island}, We have not yet received direction on how the miscellaneous site
buildings and site power will be metered, This proposal Is to provide neoessary design services ko assist the
City in developing a revised electric service approach. Listed befow fs our proposed scope for this projeot
Development of individual utillty servloes
Redesign of the main electrical swikchboard In the uti][ty yard
Redesign of the Feeders to the buifdings
Design of inetering layouts
Coordination with Oncor ancf CoFW

hazardous material evaluation, prior to beginning an� dernolition or construotion on site.
