This change order is primarily required to cover for addition of sewer line (Jasper to Terminal on Zwolle) and quantities relatetl to it, pavement
of extra block (Zwolle to Deen on Beaumont), new asphalt items, and full panel concrete replacement on Deen Rtl. Addition of sewer line was
addetl by Water Department. During construction, the existing sewer line was discovered to be leaking and in need of replacement. Addition of
the pavement quantity and relatetl items (the extra block) was added during middle of construction as well. This adtled block was needed due
to poor existing pavement antl also to ensure consistency in pavement type (concrete) within the neighborhood. New asphalt items were added
to make the transition zones conform with existing pavem ment is asphalt and the improvements are being constructed with
concrete. Lastly, on Deen Rd, the stormdrain trench '` a ` lacement and therefore only required concrete was part of the
quantity. However, a full panel replacement is reco eiantl s er covers that additi '. =
