DISCUSSION: This project provides for the construction of Old Denton Road from Heritage Trace Parkway to Golden Triangle Boulevard as a four-lane divided arterial roadway. In addition to the paving and drainage construction, water and sewer lines are to be placed and extended as specified by the Water Department. The change order to be authorized by this Mayor and Council Communication will provide for the underground placement of Oncor and AT&T utilities. The original project scope anticipated that these utilities would remain overhead.
