During construction an existing 36" storm drainage concrete pipe was discovered at a higher elevation than shown indicated in the record
drawings. The location of the 36" RCP was beneath a proposed MSE wall so the pipe was removed and replaced with a class V 36" RCP
which will withstand the load of the proposed MSE wall. The initial irrigation design included an irrigation valve and meter. The existing valve
and meter will be utilized so there is a deduction in the cost. At the re ral residents underbridge light has been added at the
walking path location. The original plans included staining the M ~ " tion began it was decided that staining all of the
