and between the CITY OF FORT WORTII, a municipal corporation of Tarrant Count�, Te�as.
acting herein by and through its duly authorized City Mana�er or duly design�ted Assistant City
Manager, herei�lafter referred to as the "City", and Oasis Chti1•ch Internatio�lal "Landowner".
acting herein by and through its duly authorized representative Pastor Randy Lemme as Pastor,
1lereinatter refierred to as "Licensee".
RECITALS
WHEREAS, the City of� Fort Worth ("City") and Oasis Church International made and
entered into City Seci•etary Contract No. 51587 (the "Agreement") to authorize the use ol� on-site
stormwater management facilities (the "Facility") to be constructed and maintained on a portion of
Landowner"s property; and
WHEREAS, the Agreement was cecorded w ith the property records of tl�e 'I�arrant Couiity
which is one and the same as City Secretary Contract No. � 1 �87.
WHEREAS, the Agreement contains exhibit(s) "A" and "B" tllat depicts the location and
design specifications of the Facility; and
WHEREAS, it advisable to execute this Amendment to the Agreement to revise c�hibit
B" in the Agreement to depict changes location and design chan�es being added to the ori�inal
agreement; and
NOW THEREFORE, City and Landowner, actin� he;rein by and through theil- duly
authorized rept-esentatives, enter into the follo�� in� that �mcnds the Agreement:

Exhibit B is hereby replaced with Exhibit B-1 attached hereto and incorporatcd herein to the
Agreement, consisting of revised design specifications of the Facility.
2.
This Amendment shall be filed with the City Secretary as an amendment to thc Agreeinent
and also recorded among the land records of Tarrant County. Texas, and shall constitute a covenant
runnin� with the land, and s11a11 be binding on the Lando���ner, its administrators, executors, assigns,
lleirs and any other successors in interests. including any property owner's association.
3.
All other provisions of the Agreement which are not expressly amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect

GENERAL NOTES
1. Buildings 6,000 square feet or greater shall be sprinkled. Alternative fire protective
measures may be approved by the Building inspector and Fire Department.
2. Fire lanes shall be designed and constructed per city standards.
3. Handicapped parking areas shall be designed and provided per city standards and
shall comply with requirements of the current adopted Uniform Building Code.
4. Mechanical units, dumpsters and trash compactors shall be screened in accordance
with the Zoning Ordinance
5. All signage contingent upon Building Inspection Department.
6. Approval of the site plan is not final until all engineering plans are approved.
7. Open storage, where permitted, shall be screened in accordance with the Zoning Ordinance
8. Please contact the Building Inspection Department to determine the type of construction
and occupancy group.
9. All electrical transmission, distribution and service Ifnes must be underground.
Accessible pedestrian routes on public rights—of—way and private property
shall comply with Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines
(ADAAG) and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS). Design and construction
of all curb ramps on public rights—of—way shall be in accordance with
Texas Department of Transportation standard detail PED-02, sheets 1-3.
Design and construction of all sidewalks shall be in accordance with City
of Ft Worth standard details with passing areas having a minimum 5—foot
by 5—foot size at intervals not exceeding 200 feet. Curb ramps that are
part of accessible routs on private property may be constructed in
accordance with TxDOT standard detail PED-02, sheets 1-3, or may be
constructed in accordance with a design submitted and approved by the
Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Traffic Control Note: Contractor shall provide traffic control plan, at least
48 hrs prior to any work in a city street. Traffic control measures shall
conform to Part VI of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices
and City of Ft Worth Work Zone Traffic Control Manual. Traffic control
measures shall be installed for any work activity that takes place on or
adjacent to any city street or roadway. The city Engineer may require
the Traffic Control Plan to be designed and sealed by an engineer licensed
in the state of Texas.
Traffic Control Device Note: Contact Trafflc Engineering Division, 972-216—
6215, at least 48 hours prior to work requiring the removal or relocation
of traffic signs, traffic control equipment or other traffic control
appurtenances.
