TEKsystems, Inc. ("Contractor") and the

1. The term of this work order shall be extended to end when all services have
been completed under this work order as contemplated herein, but not later
than the end date set forth below.
2. This Work Order incorporates by reference all of the terms and conditions of
the Professional Services Agreement, specifically the services to be provided
under Section 1 of said agreement.
3. The services to be performed under this Work Order shall be as follows:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT LEVEL 1
a. Migrate computer systems from Windows XP to Windows 7 according to
requirements provided by Technical Support Level 2 and Project Manager.
b.
Ensure successful imaging, application installation and user state migration for
each personal computer (PC) assigned.
c. Ensure computer peripherals are installed and working correctly or identified as
non-functional and reported to Technical Support Level 2.
d. Answer general Windows 7 functionality questions from respective PC user.
e. Provide technical assistance to PC users in a courteous and professional
manner during deployment.
f. Effectively escalate risk or quality issues to Technical Support Level 2.
