Council Member Byrd recognized PAtrina Newton and Korrie Brecht, Planning and Data Analytics, for their participation with the Como/Sunset Heights Neighborhood Empowerment Zone Design Guidelines which was selected to receive the Planning Excellence Award form the American Planning Association Texas. Council Member Moon recognized employees from TPW, Parks and Code for their response to the areas in the north of the City hit by microburst storms. City Manager Cooke announced that Nathan Gregory is the Interim Director of Human Resources and Roger Venables is the Interim Director of Aviation. d. Overview of Significant Zoning Cases - Arty Wheaton -Rodriguez, Development Services Mr. Arty Wheaton -Rodriguez, Development Services Department, appeared before Council and provided an overview of zoning cases. 6. Briefing on Proposed Economic Development Program Agreement with Project Panther for the Relocation of a Corporate Headquarters and Other Offices to Fort Worth — Robert Sturns, Economic Development Mr. Robert Sturns, Economic Development Department, briefed the Council on the proposed Economic Development Program Agreement with Project Panther for the relocation of a corporate headquarters and other offices to Fort Worth. 7. Briefing on Approval of Dallas Fort Worth International Airport FY 2021 Budget and 58th Supplemental Bond Ordinance - Chris Poinsatte, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport Mr. Chris Poinsatte, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport, briefed the Council on the approval of the D/FW International Airport FY 2021 Budget and 18th Supplemental Bond Ordinance. 8. Briefing on FY21 Annual Public Art Work Plan - Martha Peters, Arts Council of Fort Worth Ms. Martha Peters, Arts Council of Fort Worth, briefed the Council on the FY Annual Public Art Work Plan. 9. Executive Summary of Community and Police Perception Survey Results - Kim Neal, Police Oversight Monitor Ms. Kim Neal, Police Oversight Monitor, appeared before Council and provided an executive summary of the Community and Police Perception survey result. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports Council Member Jungus Jordan requested a briefing on Cottage Home regulations/standards. Council Member Zadeh requested a briefing on PD Zoning and the use of the term "waiver" in that context. Council Member Allen Gray requested 1) an IR from Municipal Court on how they are handling panhandling cases 2) report on how the issues that arose during the implicit bias training are being handled. Mayor Price as for a briefing on 1) the up tick in violent crimes/homocides during the pandemic and targeted prevention measures 2) presentation or IR on the work of the 5G committee.
