Hello! We are very much in favor of mandating masks in all city

hospitalization numbers climbing to a point of emergency, it
makes sense to mandate masks until we get our numbers on
track. We are talking about saving people's lives.

Major Traffic issues due to too much housing and trains...
something needs to be done to help this. Also flooding issues in
the area are really bad. Bonds ranch and Wagley Robertson are
the worst.

No need for more housing in this area, too much traffic, street
flooding, construction all around. Area is to congested
already.not enough roads. It takes 20-30 minutes to exit bonds
ranch road especially when train is passing. Focus on roads and
easing up the traffic congestion

1. During mornings between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., it regularly takes
a minimum 20-25 minutes just to get from Watersbend
subdivision to 287 junction. 2. It is very difficult and dangerous
to turn from Wagley Robertson Road onto either Bailey Boswell
or Bonds Ranch Roads without traffic lights.

I am aganist this development on Wagley Robertson to a A-5
One -Family. Our community is lacking much needed
improvements to the infrastructure before any more houses are
built off of Wagley Robertson. Traffic is almost unbearable and
issues with flooding should be addressed.

This proposal is completely unacceptable given our current road
situation on bonds ranch. Until we build a roadway worthy of
providing a congested free commute we need to stop all future
home building, including apartments.

Can't get to work on time - takes me 1 hour to get to work -
30-45 minute wait to get off bonds ranch. I feel everyone's job
is in jepordy I cannot be late. We have a point system at work.
With schools opening up it's been even longer wait times - 35
an hour - mornings and at 7 pm at night.

As a resident of Watersbend for the last 8 years, I have watched
the traffic in this area grow extraordinarily difficult to navigate.
The current infrastructure is simply not adequate for current
building. Our schools for this area are also already overcrowded
and over approved ratios. Please deny..

creating more problems for those of us who've been here since

Consider the impacts on the infrastructure currently present in
the surrounding area. At peak times, a 0.5 mi stretch can take
15-20 minutes, if you don't get stopped in by a train & the
roundabout isn't congested. Road signs, turn lanes, two lanes
are needed because the growth has exceeded capacity

The traffic on bonds ranch is horrendous! It takes 20-30 mins
just to get out of our neighborhood (Watersbend) and get on

getting off 287 and going back home! Stop building
houses/apartments and build bigger safer roads!

Streets around this area can not handle the amount of traffic for
the people that already live here and flooding has become
consistent even with mild rain because of the excavation &
grading already taking place for a new housing development on
the same road way. Fix problems don't make them worse.

This area has more traffic than it can handle. It cant handle the
traffic. It can take up to 25min to get from Wagley Robison to
Highway 287 at times. Wagley floods in rain storms making
traffic even worse. Do not approve this, our roads can't handle
more traffic.
