BEING a parcel of land situated in the Felix G. Mulliken Survey; Abstract Number 1045, Tarrant County, Texas,
and being all of a 10 foot wide alley located in Block K, Isaac Foster's Addition, an addition to the City of Fort
Worth, according to the plat recorded in Volume 106, Page 1, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas
(P.R.T.C.T.), said parcel of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a found 5/8-inch iron rod with cap stamped "BROOKS BAKER SURVEYORS" (hereon referred to as
"with cap") for the southwest corner of said 10 foot wide alley, being on the northwest line of said Block K, and
being on the southeast right-of-way line of Cold Springs Road (60 foot width), and from which a found 5/8-inch

BEING a parcel of land situated in the Felix G. Mulliken Survey, Abstract Number 1045, and the William H. Little
Survey, Abstract Number 945, Tarrant County, Texas, and being all of Garvey Street (50 foot width) located
between Blocks E and D, Isaac Foster's Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, according to the plat
recorded in Volume 106, Page 1, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas (P.R.T.C.T.), said parcel of land
being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
COMMENCING at a found 3/8-inch iron rod for the northwest corner of Lot 1, of said Block D, and being the
intersection of the east right-of-way line of Hampton Street (60 foot width) with the south right-of-way line of a
10 foot wide alley, from which a found 5/8-inch iron rod with cap stamped "RPLS 4838" for the northeast corner
of said Lot 1 bears South 89 degrees 25 minutes 34 seconds West, a distance of 50.00 feet;
THENCE North 00 degrees 34 minutes 26 seconds West, with the east right-of-way of said Hampton Street and
the west line of said Block D, a distance of 105.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING at the northwest corner of
Lot 8, of said Block D, and being the intersection of the east right-of-way line of said Hampton Street and the
south right-of-way line of said Garvey Street;
THENCE North 00 degrees 34 minutes 26 seconds West, continuing with the east right-of-way line of said
Hampton Street, a distance of 50.00 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 1, of said Block E, and being the
intersection of the east right-of-way line of said Hampton Street and the north right-of-way line of said Garvey

Texas (D.R.T.C.T.), and being the intersection of said southwest right-of-way line and the south right-of-way line

BEING a tract of land situated in the Felix G. Mulliken Survey, Abstract Number 1045, the Mitchell Baugh Survey,
Abstract Number 106, City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, and being all of a 10' wide alley located in Block
B, Isaac Foster's Addition, an addition to the City of Fort Worth, according to the plat recorded in Volume 106,
Page 1, of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, Texas (P.R.T.C.T.), being part of a tract of land described by deed
to SCP FW Hampton, recorded in County Clerk's Document Number D217211777, Deed Records, Tarrant County,
Texas (D.R.T.C.T.), said tract of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the south right—of—way line of former Johnson Street (closed by City Ordinance Number
2960), recorded in Volume 4702, Page 844, D.R.T.C.T., in the east line of a 10' wide alley as shown on said Isaac
Foster's Addition and the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block B of said Isaac Foster's Addition;
THENCE South 00' 33' 27" East, departing the south right—of—way line of said former Johnson Street, with the
east line of said 10' wide alley, a distance of 200.00 feet to a point in the north line of Block 159, Original Town
Site of the City of Fort Worth Addition (unrecorded plat) being the southwest corner of Lot 1, of Block B, said
