With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Price called the regular session of the Fort Worth
City Council to order at 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday, August 27, 2019, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort
Worth City Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.

7-0, with one abstention from Council Member Byrd and Council Member Moon
absent.

1. 19-0142 Amending the Council Rules of Procedure to Combine and Reformat
Sections 5.4.1, 5.4.2, 5.4.3, 5.4.4 And 5.4.6; to Clarify that Citizens May Speak at

Mayor Price opened the public hearing and stated that the vote on the proposed tax rate of
$0,747500 per $100.00 will occur at the City Council meeting on September 17, 2019,

Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas 76102.
