With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor Price called the Fort Worth
City Council Work Session to order at 3:18 p.m. on Tuesday, Novmeber 12, 2019, in
City Council Conference Room 290 of the Fort Worth City Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort
Worth, Texas.

Dana Burghdoff announced that the Fort Worth Active Transportation Plan
has been awarded the APA-Texas Chapter's 2019 Transportation
Planning Achievement Award - Gold
Fernando Costa recognized the Communications and Public Engagement
Department for receiving several awards from the local chapter of the Public
Relations Society of America.

Council Member Bivens gave an update on ZC-19-156.

3. Responses to Items Continued from a Previous Meeting
ZC-19-119 (CD6) Kroger Texas LP, 5591 Altamesa Boulevard; From: PD 655 and
PD 656 To: PD/D Planned Development for all uses in "D" High Density Multifamily
plus cottage community with development standards, with waivers to Multifamily
Design Standards site plan submission and certain standards; site plan included for
cottage community only 26.78 acres (Recommended for Approval by the Zoning
Commission) (Continued from a Previous Week)
This item will be moving forward for action.
4. Overview of Significant Zoning Cases - Arty Wheaton -Rodriguez, Planning
and Development
5. Review of City Council Calendar for January - December 2020 - Mary Kayser,
City Secretary
City Secretary Mary Kayser reviewed the Council calendar for 2020. Staff will bring a
resolution setting the regularly scheduled City Council Work Sessions and Council
Meetings for 2020 to the November 19, 2020, City Council Meeting.
6. Update on Neighborhood Improvement Strategy - Michelle Pantaleo-Clough,
Neighborhood Services Department
Michele Pantaleo-Clough updated the Council on the Neighborhood Improvement Strategy and provided
metrics on all the projects.
7. Briefing on Proposed 2020 Housing Tax Credit Policy — Amy Connolly,
Neighborhood Services
Amy Connolly, Neighborhood Services, briefed the Council on the proposed 2020
Affordable Housing Tax Credit Policy. The proposed policy will be on the Council's
agenda for consideration at the November 19, 2019, Council meeting.
8. City Council Requests for Future Agenda Items and/or Reports
Council Member Allen Gray - information about the Asset Forfeiture Fund (the request
was made at the CCPD meeting but will be brought to the City Council).
Council Member Moon - Topics for the 2020 and 2024 elections and request that all
commissions/task forces created by the City Manager have one representative per

There being no further business to come before the City Council Mayor Price adjourned
the meeting at 5:00 p.m.
