1. Call to Order of the City Council
2. Call to Order of the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation
With a quorum present, Mayor Price and President Allen Gray called the Special Called Meeting
of the Fort Worth City Council and the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation Board of
Directors to order at 2:48 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2019, in the City Council Conference
Room, Room 290 of the Fort Worth Municipal Building, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
3. Update on Status of Butler Place Relocation and Presentation on the Application by
Fort Worth Housing Solutions and City of Fort Worth for a Choice Neighborhoods
Implementation Grant for the Cavile Place/Historic Stop Six Neighborhood
Mr. Fernando Costa, Assistant City Manager and Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation
General Manager, provided opening remarks and introduced Mary -Margaret Lemons, President,
Fort Worth Housing Solutions to update the Council and Board on the status of Butler Place and
Cavile. She also described the Choice Neighborhoods Implementation Grant for the Cavile
Place/Historic Stop Six Neighborhood that will be jointly sponsored by the City of Fort Worth
and Housing Solutions with support from Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation. Fernando
Costa, Assistant City Manager and Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation General Manager
provided detail on participation by the City, Housing Solutions, and the Housing Finance
Corporation. On October 22, 2019, the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation and City
Council will each vote on a Resolution of Support so that the grant can be submitted by
November 4, 2019.

With no further discussion, Mayor Price and President Allen Gray adjourned the Special Joint
Meeting of the Fort Worth City Council and the Fort Worth Housing Finance Corporation Board
of Directors at 3:28 p.m. on Tuesday, October 15, 2019.
