CALL TO ORDER
With a quorum of the City Council Members present, Mayor for the Day Judge L.
Clifford Davis called the regular session of the Fort Worth City Council to order 7:05
p.m. on Tuesday, December 10, 2019, in the City Council Chamber of the Fort Worth
City Hall, 200 Texas Street, Fort Worth, Texas.

SPECIAL PRESENTATION - The Honorable Judge L. Clifford Davis
Mayor Price honored Judge L. Clifford Davis acknowledging his influence in Fort Worth,
Mansfield and the state of Arkansas with regard to segration and the first African
American to become a member of the Texas Bar Association. Council Member Bivens
presented Judge Davis with a certificate of recognition plaque in honor of his years of
civic service.
