DISCUSSION: Dunaway Associates, on behalf of TCU, has requested vacation of this portion of an alley and Lubbock Avenue to be replatted for improved pedestrian and bicycle safety and ciruclation in and around the new Neely School of Business. The City Plan Commission recommended approval of this request at its meeting on October 23, 2019. An acceptable final plat (FS-19-141) has been received in accordance with the Subdivision Ordinance.
