AROCHA SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 2, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AS SHOWN ON LOT 1R1, BLOCK 4 AND BLOCK 6, TCU ADDTION AND BLOCK 20, PROSPECT HEIGHTS ADDITION, ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, AS SHOWN IN THE PLATS THEREOF RECORDED IN CABINET A, PAGE 4484 AND VOLUME 63, PAGE 59 OF THE PLAT RECORDS OF TARRANT COUNTY, TEXAS, CONTAINING APPROXIMATELY 33,607 SQUARE FEET OR 0.7715 ACRE AND 8,797 SQUARE FEET OR 0.2020 ACRES RESPECTIVELY OF LAND MORE OR LESS; PROVIDING FOR REVERSION OF FEE IN SAID LAND; PROVIDING THAT THE CITY SHALL RETAIN ALL EXISTING UTILITIES EASEMENTS; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That a portion of Lubbock Avenue (a sixty foot public right-of-way) and an alley, located in the M.J. Arocha Survey, Abstract No. 2, Tarrant County, Texas, as shown on Lot 1R1, Block 4 and Blocks 6, TCU Addition and Block 20, Prospect Heights Addition, additions to the City of Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas, as shown in the plats thereof recorded in Volume 63, Page 59 and Cabinet A, Page 4484 of the Plat Records of Tarrant County, and containing approximately 33,607 square feet or 0.7715 acre and 8,797 square feet or 0.2020 acres respectively of land more or less , and as more specifically described in Exhibits "A" and `B" attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference be and the same is vacated and extinguished. SECTION 2. That the easement to the land in the above -described vacated street right of way is hereby Lubbock Avenue and Alley ROW Vacation (VA-19-013) Ordinance No. Page 1 of 2 released and shall revert to the adjacent owner as provided by law. SECTION 3. All existing utility easement be shall be retained by the City until such time all utilities located in that easement are relocated at the owner's expense. SECTION 4. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect upon adoption.
