In addition to everything that is listed in M&C 19-0367, I am
hoping that the city will use the funds so that the HR
Department is trained on stopping racial and discrimination
incidents. Judge Ann Y. Collins and FMR. Chief Fitzgerald should
not have have had to file racial complaints. Do your jobs!

I am opposed to this and I believe that the city spending
405,000 dollars per year is a waste of the money of the
taxpayer. I get that Gyna Bivens does not care about these
issues, but maybe the city should spend that type of money for
compensation for Judge Collins or even FMR. Chief Fitzgerald.

When you advance a person through the ranks with

found him. Outstanding were the reports on Edwin Kraus'
leadership. The City Manager made an outstanding selection.

I do not support in any way Chief Kraus. As the TWC found no
evidence that FMR. Chief Joel Fitzgerald was guilty of work -
connected misconduct, I do believe that Mr. Fitzgerald should
thus be entitled to get his job back as the Chief. Black
professionals should be treated with dignity and respect.

I have been following for some time the convoluted path an
ordinance has taken to control the scourge of game rooms in
our city. Finally it looks like we have a legally defensible
workaround with the interlocal agreement. I look forward to the
city partnering with Tarrant County in this effort.

I'm Philip Shutts, longtime Fort Worth resident. I've heard what
the city is planning for its biosolids and it sounds like it needs to
be investigated further. There seems to be way too many
questions and risks associated with what's currently being
proposed. Energy cost and odors of primary concern
