CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED ALONG CROWLEY ROAD AND

NORTH CROWLEY ROAD IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 6
The December 15 City Council agenda contains a resolution to initiate the zoning change process
for portions of two properties on Crowley Road and North Crowley Road in the Far South
Planning Sector. The purpose of the zoning change is to rezone undeveloped property in
accordance with the Comprehensive Plan.
The Comprehensive Plan designates the subject properties as Low Density Residential. Mayor
Pro Tern Jungus Jordan and staff have notified the affected property owner of the proposed
zoning change from "C" Medium Density Multifamily to "A-5" One Family.
The proposed schedule for the zoning change is:
Zoning Commission public hearing January 13, 2021
City Council public hearing and action February 2, 2021
