"Zim" Zimmerman, District 3 Council Member Jungus Jordan, District 6 Staff Present: Tom Higgins, City Manager Fernando Costa, Assistant City Manager Sarah Fullenwider, City Attorney Mary J. Kayser, City Secretary Frank Crumb, Water Director Mary Gugliuzza, Water Department Public Education Program Coordinator Buster Fichera, Assistant Water Director Kara Shuror, Assistant Water Director Jason Lamers, Mayors Chief of Staff The bus departed from Fort Worth City Hall, 1000 Throckmorton, Fort Worth, Texas, 76102 at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 30, 2012. WELCOME AND OVERVIEW OF WATER DEPARTMENT OPERATIONS AND ENERGY IMPROVEMENTS Frank Crumb, Water Director welcomed the group to the Village Creek Water Reclamation Facility, Administration Building, 4500 Wilma Lane, Fort Worth, Texas. Mr. Crumb gave an over view of the facility and the operations. Buster Fichera, Assistant Water Director gave an over view of the energy improvements at the facility. CITY OF FORT WORTH, TEXAS CITY COUNCIL BUS TOUR OF VILLAGE CREEK WATER RECLAMATION FACLITY OCTOBER 30, 2012 Page 2 of 2 TOUR OF VCWRF BY FOOT AND BUS INCLUDING BIOSOLIDS OPERATIONS The group toured the facility by foot including the updated SCADA/operations center, the gas turbines and steam turbine blowers. The group boarded the bus for a tour of the entire complex including the aeration basins and the biosolids operations. The group returned to City Hall at 4:40 pm. v Mary Kayser City Secretary
