RIGHT-OF-WAY PARCEL NO. 3
BEING a 1.6320 acre tract of land situated in the E. Hopkins Survey, Abstract No. 646 and J.A. Ashford Survey,
Abstract No. 1776, City of Haslet, Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being part of those tracts of land described in
Warranty Deeds to The City of Fort Worth recorded in Volume 11272, Page 495, Volume 11272, Page 506 and
Volume 11272, Page 510 all of the Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; said tracts being more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2" iron rod found for the southwest corner of said City of Fort Worth tract recorded in Volume
11272, Page 495;
THENCE North 0°05'32" East, along the west line of said City of Fort Worth tract, a distance of 60.00 feet to a 5/8"
iron rod with "KHA" cap set for corner;
THENCE North 89°23'50" East, departing the said west line of said City of Fort Worth tract, a distance of 1184.62
feet to a 5/8" iron rod with "KHA" cap set in the east line of said City of Fort Worth tract recorded in Volume 11272,
Page 510;
THENCE South 0°20'55" East, along the said east line of said City of Fort Worth tract, a distance of 60.00 feet to a
1/2" iron rod found for corner at the southeast corner of said City of Fort Worth tract;
THENCE South 89°23'50" West, along the south line of said City of Fort Worth tracts, a distance of 1185.08 feet to
the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 1.6320 acres or 71,091 square feet of land, more or less.

Bearing system based on the Texas Coordinate System of 1983(2011 adjustment), North Central Zone (4202). A
survey plat of even survey date herewith accompanies this metes & bounds description.
