BEING an 8.2952 acre tract of land situated in the E. Hopkins Survey, Abstract No. 646 and J.A. Ashford Survey,
Abstract No. 1776, City of Haslet, Tarrant County, Texas; said tract being part of those tracts of land described in
Warranty Deeds to The City of Fort Worth recorded in Volume 11272, Page 481 and Volume 14475, Page 140 of the
Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; said tracts being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at a 1/2" iron rod found at the southwest corner of that tract of land described in Warranty Deed to
City of Fort Worth recorded in Volume 11272, Page 495 of said Deed Records;
THENCE North 89°23'50" East, along the south line of said City of Fort Worth tract, a distance of 1739.44 feet to the
POINT OF BEGINNING; said point being in the west line of said City of Fort Worth tract recorded in Volume 11272,
Page 481;
THENCE North 0°20'55" West, along the said west line of said City of Fort Worth tract, a distance of 159.54 feet to a
5/8" iron rod with "KHA" cap set for corner;
THENCE North 89°26'20" East, departing the said west line of said City of Fort Worth tract, a distance of 17.50 feet
to a 5/8" iron rod with "KHA" cap set for corner;
THENCE South 0°20'55" East, a distance of 99.52 feet to a 5/8" iron rod with "KHA" cap set for corner;
THENCE North 89°23'50" East, a distance of 390.82 feet to a 5/8" iron rod with "KHA" cap set for corner at the
beginning of a tangent curve to the right;
THENCE in a southeasterly direction, with said curve to the right, having a central angle of 12°12'39", a radius of
1102.00 feet, an arc distance of 234.86 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 84°29'50" East, 234.42 feet
to a 5/8" iron rod with "KHA" cap set for corner;
THENCE South 78°23'31" East, a distance of 103.09 feet to a 5/8" iron rod with "KHA" cap set for corner at the
beginning of a tangent curve to the left;
THENCE in a southeasterly direction, with said curve to the left, having a central angle of 12°10'09", a radius of
1037.99 feet an arc distance of 220.46 feet and a chord bearing and distance of South 84°28'35" East, 220.05 feet to
a 5/8" iron rod with "KHA" cap set for corner;
THENCE North 89°26'20" East, a distance of 652.23 feet to a 5/8" iron rod with "KHA" cap set for corner in the west
right-of-way line of the North Freeway (a variable width right-of-way);
THENCE South 6°22'23" West, along the said west line of North Freeway, a distance of 1.50 feet to a point for
corner;
THENCE South 2'58'52" East, continuing along the said west line of North Freeway, at a distance of 71.07 feet
passing a brass disk stamped "TX DOT" found and continuing for a total distance of 312.56 feet to a 5/8" iron rod
with "KHA" cap set for corner;

THENCE North 0°18'46" West, along the said east line of Harmon Road, a distance of 172.90 feet to the POINT OF
BEGINNING and containing 8.2952 acres or 36,1339 square feet of land, more or less.
