Importance: High
Dear Rhonda —
See below regarding email from our HUD rep — there is apparently not an official award letter for ESG-CV2. However, below are snips that I took from the HUD website and from the excel sheet at the link,
showing the $6 million amount forthe ESG-CV2 (see link below, if Finance wants to check this.) Hopefully if forward this, it will be enough for you to get the FIDs needed for the M&C that Fernando
wanted on the Sept 15 council agenda.
Let me know if you have further questions

Subject: Award Letter for ESG-CV2 - $6 million???
Dear CeCe
For the first round of CARES funding, we received a formal set of letters ( see attached ) - but I have been looking through all my stuff and don't see a formal letter for the second round of ESG-CV2? Were
we supposed to get a formal letter? I know the amount is posted on HUD Exchange at this link...https://www.hud.gov/program_offices/comm_planning/budget/fy20
It is in yellow below -- We have gone through our planning process for these funds and are getting ready to get City Council approval, and do the next Substantial amendment, and our Finance Dept
wants to see the award letter? Was this sent to the City Manager's office and I just haven't gotten a copy -or did I lose it???!!! (1 hope not, but my desk is so messy that is not outside the realm of
possibilityl)

In any case, please let me know if we got some kind of official notification other than the posting on the website- I looked through my email and didn't see anything, hopefully I did not delete it?
Thanks in advance for your help!
