RFI 008-While evaluating the existing valves with the CoFW valve crew to determine which areas would be affected by the waterline C adjustments, it was determined an additional valve would be needed to isolate the businesses in the area. RFI 009-After performing a test shutdown of waterline E with the CoFW valve crew, it was determined there was not an existing isolation valve to keep the residential area in service while performing the waterline E adjustments.The A/E team confirmed it was acceptable to add in an additional valve to isolate this line. The MBC team laid out the future sidewalk and discovered at STA 403+00 the sidewalk would be in conflict with existing landscaping. Due to elevation changes,this area will also require a retaining wall. 1.
